Challenges stretch you, sometimes take you out of your comfort zone, always break routine and can’t help but to uplift your mood once you’ve completed them.
So who is up for a fun challenge this weekend? Below I have listen a few suggestions so you can take your pick:
1) Connect with 3 people you have been meaning to get in touch with for ages.
2) Have a weekend of doing everything differently, right down to the route you drive/walk, the music you listen to, the food you eat, the places you go. This is the weekend to break habits.
3) Go to a bed shop and have a snooze on a bed 😉
4) Buy a hula hoop and learn how to hula
5) Get lost in your favourite city
6) Make a 3 course meal from your favourite cook book, but recipes you have never tried before, and invite people round to enjoy (maybe those 3 people from number 1).
